You can get with this method: Rare collectibles to send to your daily good deeds partners instead of common ones.

On the left side of your farm you will see an icon (list) that leads to 5 daily good deeds to send building materials and collectibles to 5 of your neighbours each day. 1) Load your farm, start Charles and set Breakpoints.
2) Click on daily deeds, search for somebody that needs a collectible, click "post".
3) Charles will pop up, edit the first request:
Change the 2 letter code to a rare or needed collectible code.
4) Execute the request.
5) Either turn off breakpoints now and execute the response or leave breakpoints on if you want to edit the posting also. For editing the posting you have to edit the next request/response and exchange the text or pic.
6) Post on your neighbours wall, he/she will get the collectible you choose. For all collectible codes see codes page.
Rare collectibles are: centipede (1P), largecopperbutterfly (1U), cowbell (1X), bluefeather (2J), shears (2K), buttonabalone (Na), diamond (aB), paddleball (pH).
But people might also miss different ones like tigerswallowtail (1Q), buttonshinybrass (Ne) or redfeather (2V) so that depends.
It's not possible to change the id of the recipient - if you want your alts to show up on the list make sure they have zero of the common collectibles.
